   To manage my instructional time more effectively and efficiently, I see to it that I prepare my lesson plan ahead of time so that I may know the track of my lesson and there will be smooth transitions between the lesson objectives. Moreover, I also see to it that the instructional materials that I will be using during lesson activities and discussion are always ready and prepared and lastly be focused on the lesson objectives.

   One of the important factors to manage my time effectively is to organize my activities well. That is the activities must be congruent to the lesson objectives and must be suited to the cognitive level of the students.

   Likewise, establishing rules, providing mechanics are essential  so that my students will know what exactly to do and what are expected from so that they will be always on-task and finish the activities with lesser time.
