    In preparing the lesson plan, teachers have to make sure that the objectives are aligned to the standards and competencies indicated in the curriculum guide and they also ensure that the lesson is integrated to other disciplines like values education and science and of course to real life.

    After creating the teaching plan, the academic head and the head of English department will then verify and recheck their lesson plans for revision and approval. As what I've observed, the materials should be prepared by the teachers a head of time such as the instructional materials like worksheets and checklists, visual aids and power point presentation. They also have to make sure that the learning environment and the simple arrangement of seats are conducive for  learning
