   When it comes to my classroom management strategy, I always establish classroom rules. My classroom rules go with the acronym LIVE!

L   -isten to the discussion and others' ideas

      I   -mpress Not me nor your classmate but your self!

       V   -oice out your ideas!

       E   -thics inside the class

        !   -Consequences apply if not followed

  Students attention spans are limited, so I break up lectures and activities to keep my students interested. I also put some humor inside the class to make the atmosphere of the classroom light and not pressured nor stressed. I break the class into diads, triads and even in large groups so that they would not be bored and come to mingle with the ideas of others. Moreover Reinforcing positive behaviour is one of my ways on managing the class; genuine praises are given according to good behaviour and excellent works to show that I apprece and recognize their hard work and good behaviour . Lastly, I always confront small things and even major misbehaviour with composure and consistency because I always aim to treat minor and major disturbance calmly so that the time of learning and credibility of my students are not sacrificed.
