During my Teaching practice, I was assigned to teach Mattayom 1 and Mattayom 2 classes and during my evaluation, I was assigned to teach Mattayom 1 class. Since their schools offers Mathematics in two languages: Thai and English, I was assigned to teach Math in English with the topics Linear equation and variations for Mattayom 1 and 2 classes respectively during my teaching practice while Properties of Equality on my evaluation.

I, first, borrowed a sample lesson plan from math department but unfortunately they don't have math lesson plan in English thus I just looked and patterned my lesson plan to the English teaching plan from teacher Adel since she said that it just have the same pattern.

After carefully examining the sample lesson plan, I made my own. I need to prepare three lesson plans: 2 for my teaching practice and one for my evaluation. To start my lesson plan I first look at the curriculum guide so that i can write the objectives of the lessons. Then think of activities that will help students attain the objectives. I also think of instructional materials and mode of assessing the learning of the students. (See my lesson plans on OTHERS page).

After finishing the lesson plan, I submitted it to the my mentor, head of academic department and head of English department for verification and approval.

After which, I prepared my instructional materials, power point presentation and script for my discussion.

Then implement my lesson plan in the actual teaching. I made some adjustments since some unpredictable things happen like managing the class, disturbance from outside and many more.

I first reviewed the previous lessons then present some vocabulary words and introduce the topic. I let them do some motivational activity, lesson activities suited for my students and the objectives of the lesson, some generalization then afterwards an assessment to test whether the objectives of the day were met.
