The teaching system in Teeratada is focused on developing the student's discipline since they believed that discipline is the most important foundation of children for future career and if there's NO DISCIPLINE THERE IS NO WISDOM AT ALL. They incorporate the values of discipline and responsibility in each lesson. Teacher Wanla, the owner of the School, also believes in the power of imagination because with imagination there is no impossibilities hence, the Teaching Strategy of the teachers there should always maximize students' imagination and creativity and apply it to their real life. Furthermore, the Teaching System in Teeratada is anchored to the concept of PROJECT-BASED LEARNING which encourages students to learn and apply knowledge and skills through an engaging experience that presents opportunities for deeper learning in-context and for the development of pertinent skills tied to college and career readiness. I really admire the implementation of Project-based Learning in their school since it is an interdisciplinary pedagogical approach that provides meaningful learning opportunities, helps build 21st-century skills  and provides opportunities to engage students in real-world learning thus it really supports an increase in students engagement and achievement, and helps students develop 21st century skills that they need in order to succeed in their future careers.
