Teachers plan their teaching according to the following steps:

1.
Review the standards and learning competencies indicated in the curriculum guide so as to write the lesson objectives.
2.
Think and innovate lesson activities that will help students realize and attain the objectives of the lesson.
4.
Create and recheck lesson plan.
Submit the teaching plan to the head of the academic department and head of english department for verification, revision and approval.
3.
Study the lesson well and get some sources of information from books and the internet.
