The teachers in Teeratada vary from each other when it comes to teaching strategy and methodology however they all end up the same since after their class, the students attained the lesson objectives of the day.

Teacher Nattanawan while Teaching Mattayom 1

Say for an instance, Teacher Nattanawan, a Math Teacher, teaches the students very well since she is very good in communicating with the students, instill values to the students and recognizes every answer of the students thus creating a light atmosphere rather than pressured and stressed classroom environment. She also adjust to the cognitive level of her students thus making the lessons less intricate and easily understandable. She also followed her lesson plan and the students attain the objectives of the day.

Teaching in Class

Next is Teacher Adelaida, an English Teacher, All I have observed about her teaching is her wise instructional decisions since right after she checked the exams of Mattayom 2 and noticed that most of them got low scores, she immediately report the students scores to class  and ask them about the parts of the exam which made them difficult to answer. After knowing that she reteach and recapitulate the concepts  but in different strategy. She first lecture the concept then had a demonstration about the rules and right after that call somebody to recite and answer problems on the board. She always made use of the art pf questioning thus enhancing the critical and creative thinking skills of the students. Lastly, she exhibits a good sense of humor which lets the students not to be embarassed with their low scores but to study hard and learn from their mistakes.

The last teacher that I've observed was T. Sudarat, a Math Teacher and the academic head, the thing that attracts me the most about her was her authoritative style of teaching since she seems to be a terror and strict teacher thus the class was well disciplined and managed. The students are afraid of being off-task and be scolded because of their misbehavior. However though authoritative, the class was still active and not afraid of reciting their answers and solutions. The good thing about her teaching was, she always first give instructions and demonstrations before the students answer the worksheets and perform the tasks. She has also a well modulated voice though she spoke fast, the students get it along the way. Her strategy in teaching is very traditional but effective. Students were able to understand the lesson and the objectives of the lesson were met.
